To start it, indicate whether you are going to invest through a company or as an individual. Then, you will see the three types of information you must fill in:

First you will be asked to leave your information such as: first name, last name, date of birth, nationality, country of residence, address, city, zip code and contact information.

You will then be asked to answer whether or not you are a U.S. citizen or a politically exposed person.

Note: Remember that a politically exposed person is someone who has been entrusted with a prominent public responsibility (High ranking officials, military, high level executives...).

Finally, complete the personal information section, indicating your profession.

We want to know more about your financial information such as your recurring income, the origin of the funds you are going to invest in Domoblock and the percentage of that investment of your income.

Then we want to know your interests as an investor, how much fluctuation, if you are willing to assume, what are your investment objectives and what is the time horizon of the investment.

It is important that you know the financial instruments that Domolock offers and the risks involved, otherwise we will not be able to approve your profile.

That is why we ask you if you know the financial instruments offered by Domoblock and if you have invested in unlisted companies managed by you or by others. You must answer with "yes", because here you agree to know the security token, you must say "yes", otherwise we will not be able to validate the identity and the verification process cannot be completed.

Basically a security token is a token that represents a traditional financial instrument such as a bond, a company's equity loan, etc.

Once you have confirmed the above, you will be asked to indicate whether you wish to be treated as a professional investor. If you choose to be treated as one, it is because your main activity is dedicated to investments or because you are going to invest more than 10.000€ for each operation.

You will then be asked for a video identification which will consist of taking a photo of the front and back of the identity document of your choice: passport, identity / residence card, or driving license.

Remember to accept the processing of your personal data, and if you want you can access the terms and conditions and the privacy policy.

Accept the permissions to access your device's camera. With it you will take the photos of your document along with a selfie of yourself.

Once the photographs have been taken, you will receive a thank you message and you will click on the "finish" button.

Once the process is finished and if everything has gone well, your user will be accredited. If not, it will be sent to Review and you will be notified about the problem detected, so that you can correct it.

If you come from traditional investment and your goal is to invest in € and receive the returns also in €, do not worry because you can still enjoy investing with Domoblock, without having any knowledge about blockchain.

You will be able to invest directly by bank transfer through our payment gateway (FIAT money investment has a minimum of 200€).

- If you have your own wallet: You will have to give "Yes" if you want to connect your wallet.

- If you do not have your own wallet: we will create one for you. You only need to add your bank account.

If you selected bank transfer and you have more than one wallet then you can choose how to withdraw your capital gain either through DAIS or by bank transfer to your account.

If you want to invest through Blockchain, you must add the wallet to your profile. You must have DAI to be able to do it and its minimum investment will be 200€.

On the left panel of the platform, you will find the 'Opportunities' section. This is where you will find all available investment projects.

At the top of the page, you will find useful filters that will allow you to filter each of them:

• Name: Use it if you have a specific project in mind, you can start typing its name here and the list will be updated automatically.
• Project status: You will see a drop-down menu with the available options. With this filter you will be able to identify the projects that have already finished, those that are active or those that are about to be launched. Select the one that corresponds to your search.
• Return: Use this filter to sort opportunities according to their profit potential. Arrange projects from highest to lowest profitability or vice versa.
• Date: This filter will allow you to organize the projects with their start or end date.
• Reset filters: Click once you want to see the section the same way you found it, in its default state.

Once you have explored them, you can go into detail about each opportunity to make the decision to invest. You will find:

• Project name: It will give you an idea of what the investment consists of.
• Project status: It will allow you to identify in which phase the project is. If it says "study" it means that it is about to be launched, if you find "Financed" it means that it is already being reformed. "Sold" and "Dividend distribution" mean just as their names indicate.
• Estimated time frame: The time it will take for the project to be purchased, refurbished and sold, once financed.
• Annual return: Means the annualized return that you will receive as capital gain once the project is completed.

If you click on "More details" you will find all the information associated with the project.

In fact, you have access to all the documentation of the opportunity such as its Whitepaper, investment dossier and the token subscription agreement, these will be of great help for you to deepen your understanding of the opportunity and make the best investment decision.

To get started, from the home screen, go to the menu on the left and click on 'Digital Wallet'. Two options will be displayed. To manage your funds in euros, select 'In euros'. Here you will find the options to deposit, withdraw and view your movements in this wallet.

3.2.1. Deposit money

First you will go to the "Deposit money" section, you will find two options: "Bank transfer" and "Credit card".

1/ By bank transfer

If you choose 'By bank transfer', you will be prompted through a series of steps to make the bank transfer. It is as if you were making a transfer to yourself from your bank, that's why the IBAN you see there is unique and exclusive, it is directly linked to your Domoblock wallet.

The steps you must follow are: access your bank's application, transfer the money you want to charge to your digital wallet using this IBAN, click on the orange squares to copy the code and then paste it into your bank's application.

Please note that it may take 24 to 72 business hours for the balance to be reflected in your wallet.

2/ By credit card

Here, you simply enter the amount you wish to enter in the "Amount to enter" field.

You will see a small commission of 0.5%. For example, if you load 200€, you will be charged an additional 1€. This commission is shared, i.e. the 0.5% is paid by the investor and the rest is paid by Domoblock.

Once you have the amount to deposit ready, you must click on the "Perform operation" button. It is important to remember that the maximum per credit card transaction is 2400€.

Once you have clicked, a payment link will be generated and you will see a notice indicating that the payment link has been generated and redirecting you to the payment gateway. To complete the payment click on "Go to payment gateway".

3.2.2. Withdrawing Money

Go to the "Withdraw Money" section.

If you do not have a linked account yet, the first thing you will need to do is to link one. To do so, click on "Link account":

A window will open and you will have to fill in the following information:

• Account alias: Give the name you want to your account, this name will allow you to differentiate them later in case you associate more than one. If it will only be one account, we suggest that the alias be your name.
• IBAN number: First select the country to which the account belongs and proceed to enter the IBAN number corresponding to your account. Here it is crucial to pay attention to this detail: when entering your IBAN, write only the numbers after selecting the country. Do not include the initial letters. If you do, the linking will not work. *Once you have linked your account, this step will not be necessary for future withdrawals.
• BIC Code: Finally, digit the BIC code of your account.

Finally click on the "Link account" button.

Withdrawal with linked account: If you already have a linked account, you only need to click on the "Request withdrawal" option. A window will open where you will have to select the bank account where you wish to make the withdrawal and the amount to withdraw in euros. Once your bank account is linked, you can click on 'Request withdrawal', enter the amount you wish to send and the available balance will be transferred directly to your bank within 24 to 72 hours.

If you prefer to invest with cryptoassets through the blockchain, you can also do it with Domoblock.

The first thing you should do is to go to "Digital Wallet" in the left menu. Once you are there, select "On blockchain".

When you click you will be directed to the "Manage Wallets" section. Now what you need to do is to add your wallet, you can do it by clicking on "Add new wallet".

When you click on 'Add new wallet', a window opens in which you can consult the list of wallets that can operate in Domoblock, known as the Whitelist.

What does this mean? It means that even if you connect your MetaMask wallet correctly, you will not be able to make any transaction if your wallet address has not been previously added to the Domoblock Whitelist. This is a fundamental security step to guarantee the integrity of the transactions. If you have already verified that your wallet is added to the Domoblock Whitelist, it is time to add it.

Now, make sure you have your Metamask account open on your computer.

Verify that you have selected the correct wallet within MetaMask. If you have multiple accounts, make sure you are connecting the one you want in Domoblock. You can go to the top of the MetaMask window and click on the drop-down to switch accounts.

When you return to Domoblock, click on "Add wallet".

A pop-up window will open from MetaMask asking you to confirm or sign the connection.

Click'Confirm' to authorize the connection.

Wait a moment while the connection is being processed. Do not close the screen.

That's it! Your wallet has been added to Domoblock, and you will be able to view it as follows:

Once you have explored the opportunities, selected the one you want to participate in and have deposited funds in your digital wallet, it is time to invest.

It is important to keep in mind that you can only invest when a project is in "Active" status, this update is done on a specific date and time. To receive notification of the next opening of an investment opportunity, we invite you to join our Telegram community where we keep you informed in real time.

Has the moment arrived when the project is in "Active" status? At this moment you must click on the "Invest" button.

Once you have clicked on the "invest" button, you must wait for the investment data to be loaded:

The interface where the financing options are presented is shown below. The"Digital Wallet" and"Blockchain" options (if connected) are briefly pointed out.

Below are the most recurring investment options, if you plan to invest a different amount, click on the "Customize" button. A text box will open just below where you can enter the number of shares you wish to purchase. Important: it is the number of shares, not €!

Remember that each share is equivalent to 100 €.

If you want to customize the number of shares, click on "Customize" and then a text field will appear on your screen for you to indicate the number of shares you want to invest.

If one of the participation boxes corresponds to the participation you want to make, by clicking on it you will find at the bottom the details of the future investment: the "Amount to invest in Euros", the "Estimated return" which can be viewed on an annualized or absolute terms and the "Estimated project duration".

On the other hand, if you have customized the number of shares, once you fill in the text field with the number, at the bottom you will see the full details of the future investment: the "Amount to invest in Euros", the "Estimated return" which can be viewed on an annualized or absolute terms and the "Estimated project duration".

Once you agree with the number of shares, you must continue by clicking on the "I agree to subscribe to the legal terms and conditions of the contract" button. This step represents the signing of the contract for the acquisition of shares previously known as "Whitepaper".

Once you have completed all the above steps and checked that everything is correct, click on the "Reserve" button to formalize the investment reservation.

Then, a message will appear on the screen explaining the next steps to complete your investment. Here we also explain them to you: If your reservation has reached the funding target, you will receive an email confirming that your investment has been successfully completed. If, on the other hand, your reservation was received after the funding target was exceeded, we will also notify you by email.

In this section we will explain the "financial summary" section in detail.

Next, we will explain each of the metrics available in the financial summary:

1.Available balance: corresponds to the total amount of money you currently have in your digital wallet, which appears in the main menu.

2. Average annual return: This percentage represents the annualized profitability generated by your investments that have already been closed. It is important to note that it is only calculated on completed projects, as it would not make sense to show the profitability of a project that is still in progress."

3. Invested projects in progress: This indicates the number of projects in which you currently have capital invested.

4. Total capital invested: This is the amount of capital currently tied up in active projects.

5. Capital currently invested: the amount of capital currently tied up in active projects.

6. Total interest earned: this is the total amount of euros you have earned thanks to your closed investments.

7. Estimated interest to be received: this is a projection of the interest in euros expected to be generated by your investments that are still in progress.

8. Withdrawn principal: Shows you the total principal you have withdrawn from your digital wallet to your bank so far.

Finally, the final "Investment evolution" graph will allow you to visualize the evolution of your investments and to have a more complete view of all these metrics. In fact, this graph can be downloaded in SVG, PNG or CSV format. You can also filter the data you are interested in viewing.

In this section we will explore the'Transactions' tab.

When accessing the 'Transactions' tab , the operations shown are the one-time transfers of money from our digital wallet to one of the projects. Just below, under 'Investments' (which is usually the default), you will find all the capital movements related to your investments, regardless of the project. For example, if you have made three investments in the same project, here you will see the three individual movements, unlike the 'My Investments' tab where they are grouped together.

To make the search easier, you can filter the movements by date range, by type of transaction, either in euros or via blockchain, and also by amount.

It is important to note that, in the web version, this view can be the detail of each operation. In the mobile version of the platform, to see the detailed information of each transaction, simply click on the movement you are interested in.

Next, we have the'Transfers to portfolio' sub-tab. Here you will see the movements of funds to your portfolio from projects that have been completed or have made a return of principal or interest. You can also filter these movements by date and amount as in the example above.

In this section we will explore the'My Investments' tab. Here you will find all the investments in which you have participated, grouped by project.

By default, you will see the'Digital Wallet' button. Here you will see all the investments you have made using euros in the traditional way. For each investment, you will see key information such as the Project, the Term, the Expected Return, the Invested Capital, the Current Status of the project and the'More info' button." we can also filter "my investments" with the buttons in the table.

• In progress: these are investments that are currently active
• Pending management: These are completed investments for which you can claim the generated returns.
• Closed: These are completed and fully managed investments.

Click on the "More info" button if you want to find more detailed information about this investment.

If the project you are consulting has already been completed, you will find a"Return on Investment" button here so that you can claim your funds.

If you are consulting a project that has already been completed and you have already withdrawn your investment, you will find a window like the one shown below.

If you want to consult the investments made from"Blockchain". You will only see the operations with the wallet connected at that moment. The same information structure as in the "Digital Wallet" is displayed.

Now let's explore the"Documents" tab.

Here you will find all subscription contracts related to your investments in Domoblock. This is what used to be known as the "whitepaper," the agreement between you and Domoblock to participate in each project.

You will see a list of all the contracts for the projects you have invested in. For each one, the project name and the contract creation date are shown. Additionally, there is a button to download the document in PDF format.
